Q: I have an expired Laine’s Privilege / VIP card, can it still be used? How is this old card different from the new version?
We treasure customers and friendships made through our stores at Laine’s. Expired Privilege / VIP cards may be presented at any of your stores for an instant renewal. Subject to our discretion, your previously earned reward stamps may also be granted transfer to your new card.

Q: I have several completed sections in my Laine’s Privilege / VIP card which entitles me to class vouchers of $35 each, can I combine them for a class that costs more than $35? Can I exchange them for cash?
Only 1 Class voucher may be redeemed per Designer Studio Class / per Scrapbook Design & U™ course. You will need to make top up payment for the difference between the class fee and voucher value. These class top up payments are eligible for Laine’s Privilege / VIP reward stamps. Class vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or store credit.
